Have any of you guys tried the master cleanse???
what do you think about master cleanse??

omg. immmm madddd im hating xangaaa already!
i wrote something then it says i forgot to write an entry? wtf!
PIISSSSSED OFFF.
ok move on. lol.
so i did not write for two days becaaaaause i ate foods that i shouldn't eat. i suck. im guilty.
how are my fellow xangers doing? what's goin on wif your diet? i hopee yoouss doiing great!
im not gonna stay long to read all you girls update cause im goin to jog tomorrow! yay!
i asked my cuzin and she's cool wif it. sooo run run run run tomorrow. =)
about today, im feelin tayeerrd bcause i went to the bank to take out some cash almost 12 in the afternoon and its kinda cold outside its been raining here daamn.. then went to mall.. stroll. EAT. . but i had lots of walking today.
i had cheeseburgerr and fries
pineapple juice
sour bears candy
then after 5hours we ate dinner
i had lechon and clear soup
1 cup of rice
sansrival
iced tea
water
im pretty full. no, im really full. and im quite sad about it.
because i eat too much for today.
whatss goin on wif my diet?? NOT WORKINGGG!
but to erase the sadness wif me, i guess its okay to eat foods u like.. uve been craving for once a week.
like every weekdays ull have ur diet. then weekends ull eat something little of ur fave food=)
i think its fun. so u wont deprive urself too much. and ull have something to look forward to on weekends.
ya think? =)
haayss. i gotta go now. i dont want to, but i HAVE to. =) cee yah!

going there..
today was raining. i woke up it was so cold and it was raining hard.
we didn't run today i guess my cousin was feeling lazy. well i couldn't blame her
cause on the weather like this, i juss want to sleep and sleep. right.
i woke up late again. it was almost 3:00 in the afternoon.
i did some butt legs thigh exercise.
then i had:
Squash cooked with some vegetables and coconut. i dunno how to describe
it in english but here how it looked like. but this one is white, the
one i ate today was orangiiee already because of the squash. here how
it looks like when it is fresh from cook. My aunt put some okra and eggplant.
So basically i had veggies today.
then 1/2 cup of rice.
2teabags of Green tea
2banana
Oatmeal
4pcs of skyflakes
wtf. i still eat.

i ate so far=)
Lean Pork
Veggies
1/2 cup of rice
2 green teabags
1 cereal crispies chocolate bar
1 banana
Oatmeal with milk chocolate(3 in 1 nesvita)
i want to limit myself with:- no rice
- no cheeseburger
- no fries
- no fastfood
- no softdrinks
but once in a while maybe once a month =) is okay.
if there's cake available, i will only eat it and no more rice for that day or any carbs.
this is quite hard for me as im used to eat all these when i am out. but i know i can make it.
pls help me guys. help me to motivate. =(
